Aged mum does not mind the Shih Tzu peeing and pooing everywhere but paper training is best.. Common dog viral diseases are easily prevented by vaccination and much cheaper.

Confined area helps to paper train the Westie puppy. Paper-trained in 7 days makes the puppy more enjoyable company.

Highly motivated and intelligent Shih Tzu 'grumbled' when it sees that the owner does not reward performance. Owner looked other way when it does its business. 
Elective Caesarean would have saved 2 pups but only on hindsight. 2nd pregnancy. Mr Hwang saved first pup by mouth-to-mouth sucking during first pregnancy.
